At Rooksmead, we consider ourselves a ‘social impact company’. We look to provide affordable housing in areas to benefit the most from. To working with local charities, to providing outlets for community space and creative hubs. We also work with care providers to cover all sectors of the market - from severe autism and close care, to over-55 retirement villages at an affordable level.
