We buy land and development opportunities (with or without planning) ranging in size from 50 - 2000 homes. Working closely with our network of chosen contractors, Registered Providers (HAs), care providers, Local Authorities, and charities to create eco-friendly and harmonious communities.

We cover a number of product types and tenures, from submarket rental products through to shared ownership products. We also cater through all age groups and market sectors – be it first time buyers to bespoke retirement communities.
Bringing together our wealth of property and land expertise, Rooksmead Residential help facilitate the delivery of desirable new homes and communities that people want to live in. It is a collective effort, and by working closely with our partners, the team endeavour to deliver a high-quality end result.
We have been responsible for the delivery of numerous affordable housing led schemes over the years and more recently specialist care and retirement led schemes.
Who We Are?
Since Rooksmead's inception in 2017, the company has strived to amalgamate all walks of the property, construction, and planning world - the result being a company that can slot in autonomously to a wide range of projects and opportunities.
The team comprise of ex-national housing MDs, care specialists, well connected financiers, to ex-estate agents, and consultants within their respective fields - be it technical, planning or advisors on the affordable housing sector.
Combined, the team boast of over a century of experience and expertise within the overarching property industry both in the UK and abroad.
Rooksmead are dedicated to their unfaltering approach to all projects through inception to project completion - we strive to deliver the very best outcome for all concerned - from landowners, JV partners and stakeholders.
