The L&G-owned retirement village developer has secured its 29th site out of a planned 34.
Later living developer Inspired Villages has acquired from Rooksmead Residential, a 27-acre site in Edenbridge, Kent as part of it's ongoing plans to open retirement communities for around 8,000 people across the country.
The former golf course has planning permission for 184,000sq ft of accommodation including a 100-unit Integrated Retirement Community and assoicated amenities.
